“I loved being paired with a mentor who was there to help me with my career development and taught me how to present myself better in a professional setting.”

Marlowe Gough - Spring 2023 Cohort

“I loved the different perspectives that came from the different presenters based on their careers, but I would've loved to have more strictly skill based workshops like the LinkedIn one from the beginning.”

Nkkezi George - Spring 2023 Cohort

I enjoyed having someone to go over my goals with. It helped my self-esteem and helped me realize that I am not behind in my career journey.

Seleste Soto-Gomez - Spring 2023 Cohort

Inspire.

Support.

Develop.

The goal of this program is to provide insight, resources, connections, and exposure to students that will help them navigate their professional lives in and out of school. Providing them with relatable real world experiences and perspectives. We pair students with mentors they can relate to, which would allow them to be in a comfortable space to ask questions, discuss struggles, and gain knowledge.

There are far too many students who graduate college and have little to no knowledge on how to go about job hunting, what a field directed resume looks like, or etiquette. Lack of this knowledge is causing them to miss opportunities, but we are changing that.
